WW Chapter – Hot Off the Press: DBIA’s First Ever Progressive Design-Build Best Practices

Over the last two years, DBIA’s National Progressive Design-Build Committee has been working hard to collect, compile, and communicate the first ever publication of Best Practices for a successful Progressive Design-Build project. A contingent of the committee based in the PNW will share an overview and highlights of the document as well as answer questions and share the plans for the committee’s future charge and efforts.

Speaker: Brian Aske, DFBIA

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn the process the Committee used to develop the Best Practices Document.
2. Acquire a high-level understanding of what and where members can find information on best practice suggestions throughout the PDB process.
3. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify with the committee intentions of the publication.
4. Discover the next steps the committee plans to undertake in guiding the design-build industry toward the most effective leveraging of the delivery method for the best outcomes.
