Jeannie Natta is the Director of Major Projects for University of Washington Project Delivery Group. She also serves on the CPARB Project Review Committee. She received a Certificate in Construction Management in 2009 and MS Construction Management in 2013 from the University of Washington. Prior to her work in Project Delivery Group, Jeannie spent 10 years in the electrical trade, as a commercial electrician, and 12 years as an educator in university residential life programs. Jeannie draws upon her varied career background to manage projects for the University.

Tyler (Ty) Thornton is a Preconstruction Manager with Lease Crutcher Lewis, where he supports the planning and delivery of education and other complex projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Over the past decade in the construction industry, Ty has focused on collaborative delivery methods, primarily progressive design-build, and finds fulfillment helping owners, designers, and builders align project goals from concept through occupancy. An active member of DBIA Western Washington since 2018, he has served in several leadership capacities within the chapter, including multiple years leading the Young Professionals Committee.

Jennifer Coyne has helped advance business development, marketing communications and proposal management during the company’s expansion to the Pacific Northwest. Since she joined Hensel Phelps in 2012, she has supported design-build and alternative project delivery method procurements in Northern California and Washington. Coyne is passionate about promoting design-build excellence and has been a member of DBIA Northwest’s marketing committee since 2019.

Director of Design and Construction with a demonstrated history of working in higher education & critical patient care medical hospital systems. Skilled in Design & Construction Management, Lean Construction, Business Process Design, Team Building, Project Estimation, and Sustainable Design. Strong leader with experience guiding teams through a wide variety of project delivery methods in the public sector including progressive design-build. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Arts focused on Architectural Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.

Marco’s career spans 33 years in the MEP design and build industry, the last 32 years at McKinstry Company, a national consulting, construction, energy and facility services firm based in Seattle. Experience includes Purchasing, Estimating, Preconstruction, Construction Management, Sales and Account Executive roles. As a Director of Business Development he leads the company’s market analysis, strategic planning, and oversees account executives account plans. Marco continues to build networks in the Developer, Architectural, Engineering and General Contracting communities. He has volunteered for the last two decades serving on Board of Directors for DBIA, NAIOP and the Mechanical Contractors Association.

Jeff Luedeman is an Associate Principal at Integrus Architecture and Chair of the Resource Committee for the Design-Build Institute of America. His practice focuses on public projects that strengthen communities and bring people together. Experience as a commercial construction laborer while attending college, followed by his career as an architect, has given Jeff a cross-disciplinary perspective on the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. He has spent much of his career delivering projects through collaborative delivery models and brings a practical understanding of design, construction, teamwork, and project execution.

Emma Parks is a Project Manager at Westlake Consulting Group in Seattle, where she provides owner’s representation and construction management services for life science, higher education, and mixed-use developments across Washington. Emma specializes in delivery strategy, contract negotiation, cost control, and risk management, with a strong focus on collaborative delivery models. She is passionate about advancing best practices in design-build, fostering inclusive industry engagement, and supporting the next generation of construction professionals through mentorship, education, and committee leadership within DBIA.

Heather is a Senior Design Phase Manager at Mortenson who specializes in aligning project scope, budget, and schedule during design to create a clear path to successful execution. Drawing on her background in architecture and building information modeling (BIM), she bridges design intent and construction execution, bringing together owners, designers, estimators, and construction teams to help make informed decisions early in the process and build confidence in project costs, timelines, and deliverables before construction begins.

Away from work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, particularly supporting her son’s passion for soccer. She also enjoys golfing, staying active through walks and runs, and exploring a variety of creative hobbies and interests.

After 11 years in architecture Matt joined GLY to focus on a career that integrates design, coordination, and construction through effective use of BIM/VDC technologies. As a Senior Design Engineer, he manages these processes and leads the development of field work packages for GLY’s self-performed scopes. His recent notable projects include the expansion of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in South Lake Union and Amazon Block 21. Matt has been active in DBIA NW since 2020 and enjoys bringing clients and AEC professionals together to learn more about Design-Build delivery and its best practices.

Brian Aske is an Operations Director for Lease Crutcher Lewis, leading integrated delivery projects. He has served on the DBIA Northwest Region Board for over 13 years and advanced Washington State’s current progressive design-build legislation. He has been a vocal advocate for design-build since his first design-build experience 27 years ago. Over the last 5 years, he has delivered $300M in progressive design-build projects, including DBIA’s 2021 Project of the Year and Best in Architecture.
