About the NW Region

The Northwest Region was chartered in 2002 for Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington by professionals representing all aspects of the design and construction industry in the Northwest. We support and promote the use of integrated design and construction for both public and private use.

DBIANW’s educational program year runs from September through June, with monthly topical programs dealing with design-build issues such as transportation, water/waste water, sustainability, and energy efficient/high performance buildings.

Progressive Design-Build Agreement Released

DBIA and the Water Design-Build Council released their new PDB Agreement which is designed for owners and design-build practitioners interested in pursuing the collaboration, innovation and efficient project delivery that comes with progressive design-build. The agreement is available in DBIA’s bookstore. More information: Lisa Choplin, 202-454-7521.

#WeAreDBIA Social Media Campaign

What are you working on now? Do you have a project or team photo (silly or serious) you can share with the DBIA Facebook community? Let’s see what design-build looks like from coast to coast.

Each month DBIA will also take the best of our #WeAreDBIA design-build posts and photos to publish in our Integration Quarterly magazine. We hope you’ll join the conversation too by posting your team or project comments and photos.

Tell us…what are you working on? Share on our FacebookTwitter, and LinkedIn.
