Tim is a licensed professional engineer and currently serves as Pre-Construction Manager for Lydig Construction in Spokane, WA.  Tim is a strong advocate for integrated project delivery methodologies and a firm believer in the power of a high performing team. Tim is a designated Design-Build Professional and is the founding President of the Inland Northwest chapter of the DBIA.  In 2013, Tim was appointed to the Project Review Committee of the Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board, where he served until 2016.

Grayson is the co-founder of the Oregon Chapter of the Design Build Institute of America and is currently the Treasurer of the DBIA Northwest Region. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He spent the first ten years of his career working for a MEP consulting firm, but left the consulting world to work for a design build contractor where he was better able to follow his passion for design build projects. He has been LEED Accredited for 15 years and has worked on a wide variety of project types including retail, medical, educational, high-tech, and manufacturing facilities. He currently holds the position of Design Manager at OEG, Inc. in Portland, Oregon.

Rebecca is an architect supervisor at the Bonneville Power Administration providing leadership of the Facilities Engineering group by managing engineering resources and overseeing the design and construction of BPA’s non-electric building facilities.  She graduated from the University of Oregon and is a licensed architect.

Brian has been a strong advocate for design-build, since his first design-build project in 1996.  He obtained his DBIA Professional Accreditation in 2006.  Brian has served on the DBIANW Region board since 2009 and was part of the legislative committee who authored and advocated for the current design-build legislation allowing Progressive Design-Build in Washington State.

Sean Gay is a former construction professional who applies his extensive industry experience to help clients achieve their goals.  Before joining Stoel Rives, Sean managed construction projects in Washington and Hawaii.  As a construction project manager, Sean was intimately involved in the technical and financial aspects of his projects.

Clients rely on Sean’s ability to leverage his real-world experience to their legal issues.  He advises clients on a broad range of matters, including project management issues, contract negotiations, public contracting issues, bid protests, and disputes.  Sean has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating a wide variety of complex construction matters.  His knowledge about how construction projects get managed and built–and occasionally result in disputes–has proved an invaluable resource in his legal career.

Vince brings over 35 years of experience in construction management, design management, public & private contracting, and preconstruction. Vince’s experience in alternative delivery projects (GC/CM & Design-Build) is extensive, including over $160 million in Design-Build projects in the last 15 years, and his involvement in the preconstruction services associated with those projects has led to their success and Lydig Construction’s position as one of the top contractors in the region for alternative delivery projects.
