Kyle Kraxberger
Kyle Kraxberger, SE, is an associate at DCI Engineers in Portland. He comes from a contracting family, so Kyle developed his early basic construction and engineering skills by building houses. Since joining DCI Engineers in 2012, he has contributed to existing building projects, new construction, demolition work, and construction fixes around Portland and beyond. Kyle enjoys working on diverse teams where he can provide unique, innovative and collaborative designs. He acquired his Master of Engineering from Portland State University.

Katherine Ross
Katherine Ross is an Architect with ZGF in Portland, Oregon. She has had the luxury of working at three different firms over the past 10 years since graduating with a Bachelors of Architecture from Iowa State. She has spent a lot of time working on Healthcare projects and has some experience with Schools.
Evan Grimm
Evan is a Project Manager for Howard S. Wright Construction(a Balfour Beatty company). He has over 10 years in the industry and is currently working on two Design-Build projects for the City of Salem, the Salem Public Library Renovation and Salem Public Works Operations Building
Evan grew up in Portland, went to Oregon State and graduated with a CEM degree. I spent about ten years with three different GC firms – PCL, Hensel Phelps and Lease Crutcher Lewis – working as a Project Engineer before moving to the owner’s side with Providence a year ago. My title with Providence is an Associate Design and Construction Manager. In short, I work closely with Providence stakeholders and external tenants to bring construction projects up from design and budgeting, through construction and turnover. Our Providence Oregon group includes seven core people and we manage all construction projects within the state, as well as Vancouver.
