Evan grew up in Portland, went to Oregon State and graduated with a CEM degree. I spent about ten years with three different GC firms – PCL, Hensel Phelps and Lease Crutcher Lewis – working as a Project Engineer before moving to the owner’s side with Providence a year ago. My title with Providence is an Associate Design and Construction Manager. In short, I work closely with Providence stakeholders and external tenants to bring construction projects up from design and budgeting, through construction and turnover. Our Providence Oregon group includes seven core people and we manage all construction projects within the state, as well as Vancouver.
