TARGET VALUE DELIVERY

Staying within allowable budget and time constraints while ensuring the team’s innovations decreases waste and increases value to the customer are attributes of successful project delivery and can be achieved through Target Value Delivery (TVD).  TVD is a disciplined management practice starting with business case planning continuing throughout the project to obtain maximum value.  The TVD process can be supported by the use of core lean concepts like team organization, Big Room collaboration, project planning, cost modeling, continuous estimating, set based design and decision making.  Come hear an architect and contractor share their perspective on how TVD can improve your chances on “Hitting the Targets” on your projects.

The presentation will highlight the basics of Target Value Delivery, provide project examples and share some lean tools and practices attendees can implement right away to improve your projects.

This is a joint meeting of the NW Region DBIA chapter and the LCI Cascadia-Seattle Community of Practice.
