Oregon DBIA is hosting an Owner’s Only Forum on April 27th. The forum will be an opportunity for open and honest discussion between owners who are hoping to find solutions to their project delivery challenges. The forum will be a combination of brief moderated discussions by local DBIA educators, experienced local area owners sharing their design build experiences, and industry sector breakout sessions which will allow owners in specific sectors to share views and strategies.
We will also include one experienced Design Build practitioners representing architecture, legal, construction and engineering . These design build practitioners will be present on a “As needed basis” and won’t be privy to any discussion not directed at them. The goal is to provide a resource to quickly answer questions but not to participate in any other way.
The forum will take place via Airmeet and will be approximately 2 hours in duration. Industry professionals, including consultants and owner’s reps, are NOT permitted to attend.
An event similar to this is held annually at the DBIA National Conference and both have the reputation of being highly valuable and worth attending. We hope you and any of your interested staff are able to join us!
