About the Event:

Building upon the morning’s larger group outcomes, a smaller, more personalized session will take participants into a deeper dive as to how their own EI impacts the people that surround them and teams they work with. Through this more individualized coaching session, participants will learn how to use EI to cultivate effective and innovative teams.

* Session includes breakfast and coffee/tea/juices/water for in-person attendees.

Key Takeaways:

Participants will be able to –

  • Define emotional intelligence and how the typical AEC emotional profile contributes to many industry problems.
  • Analyze your own emotions and identify how they affect your day-to-day interactions with others and your own mental and physical performance, health, and well-being.
  • Determine how emotional intelligence can be measured and improved.
