Join us Tuesday December 14th for our first in-person/hybrid virtual meeting ever! During this presentation, our panel will discuss the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. The Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital is a Progressive Design-Build critical access replacement hospital constructed on the existing active healthcare campus in Lincoln City, Oregon. The team collaboratively developed the project requirements, goals and options as project input and influences developed.

Eric Peterson, Preconstruction Manager, McKinstry
Eric has a 25+ year record of success overseeing all phases of private and government projects from estimating and pre-construction through startup and commissioning. Eric’s project experience includes all types of construction delivery systems, green projects including LEED® Platinum certified, and management of multiple trades including sheet metal, pipefitters, and plumbers. He is proud to have a strong record of timely, profitable, and safely completed projects. As Preconstruction Manager, he currently leads McKinstry’s Portland office preconstruction & estimating efforts.
John Medvec – AIA DBIA LEED® AP BD+C, Designer Manager, Skanska USA Building Inc.
John is a Design Manager with Skanska USA Building Inc. John brings over 30 years of experience as an architect and project manager working on projects all over the world. Prior to joining Skanska in 2016, John spent eleven years delivering US Embassy projects through its design-build delivery program. John has recently been focusing on healthcare projects delivered through both design-build and collaborative project delivery methods. John is a registered architect in the State of Oregon since 1993 and gained DBIA certification in 2018.
Mark Peckover – PE & LEED® AP, Principal, Stantec
Mark Peckover is a Principal Electrical Engineer at Stantec with more than 32 years of experience in healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and government projects. His well-rounded design experience includes power distribution, fire alarm, and low voltage systems, stand-by power, and lighting systems and controls. Mark is currently working on the new inpatient tower addition at OHSU, the replacement hospital for Columbia Memorial, and helping King County move to a zero-emissions bus fleet with a 120-bus electrification project.
