Program Description:Tour the ~200k sqft Behavioral Health Teaching Facility with 150 beds both for long term and short term patients while also educating the future medical professionals in the field of Behavioral Health. The project is a $250M I.P.D. (Integrated Project Delivery) Risk Reward Design Build project. SRG is the Architect and Clark|Abbott a Joint Venture is the G.C. The Job was awarded in Q4 of 2019 with construction completion scheduled for Q1 of 2024.
