Good to Great: The Owner’s Role in creating a Design- Build culture

 

Join us for an exciting two-part program at our March Breakfast Meeting.

We will kick off the meeting with a panel of local owners of different experience levels and various project types answering questions and sharing experiences on their path to creating a design-build culture within a public organization. The panel will highlight the efforts to prepare, execute, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding decisions and advantages of design build delivery.

During the second part of our meeting, we’ve invited Sound Transit to share and collect member feedback on a change of design-build approach they are considering for an upcoming large project.

Come prepared to ask questions and give feedback to our local owners! Please RSVP by March 8th, 2024.
