Join our October breakfast and hear from our panelists who will discuss Target Value Delivery. This is the second of a two-part discussion that will focus on the processes, tools and techniques teams use to manage to targets. Panelists will discuss their experiences in managing the process to deliver a project that meets target budgets. Panelists will show us the systems they use and provide real project examples that will illustrate some of their lessons learned in meeting target values.

Our Presenters:
John Medvec
John brings over 30 years of experience as an architect and project manager working on projects all over the world. Prior to joining Skanska in 2016, John spent eleven years delivering US Embassy projects through its design-build delivery program. John has recently been focusing on healthcare projects delivered through both design-build and collaborative project delivery methods. John is a registered architect in the State of Oregon since 1993 and gained DBIA certification in 2018.
Craig Robertson
Craig Robertson is the current Director of Preconstruction for Lease Crutcher Lewis’ (Lewis for short) Oregon Operation. His career in construction began at an early age as a third-generation carpenter. Nearly 24 years later, Craig has worn many hats ranging from carpenter, intern, project engineer, preconstruction manager, and now director, serving public and private clients. Read more.
Ryan Banning
Ryan Banning is a highly experienced design and preconstruction manager at Skanska USA Building Inc, based in Portland, Oregon. He is a dedicated professional in the field of commercial construction with over 17 years of industry experience. Ryan holds a DBIA-certified professional certificate. Read more.
Damon Jeffrey
Damon is the Director of the Design Phase with Mortenson. He is responsible for providing input and leadership to the design phase process. He understands the technical and planning attributes of specific building types and provides meaningful input to the project’s programming and conceptual design activities. Damon coordinates design team members and preconstruction services such as estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, and site utilization. Read more.

With architectural experience spanning more than two decades, Isaac fosters collaborative teams while nurturing a deep passion for exceptional design. He has led design teams on award-winning endeavors like the Bonneville Power Administration’s Technical Services Building and Hillsboro Oregon’s Hidden Creek Community Center.
