About the Event:

In this presentation the Design-Build team and Owner on an active renovation project for WSU’s College of Medicine (scheduled to be completed Fall 2023), will discuss their successes and challenges to delivering a large-scale project (113,000 SF) on a narrow budget ($9.6 Million GMP). The team will discuss several project specific challenges they faced during design and how they were overcome using the Progressive Design-Build to design and deliver a project without sacrificing quality.
