K-12 Design-Build at Its Best
About the Event:
Progressive Design-Build is changing the future of K12 construction. There has been a movement toward a more integrated method of project delivery that focuses on balancing the needs of the districts, designer, and builder team. The goal is to create a shared vision that aligns the team around a single set of guiding project principles that drives project success. While the industry has seen rampant successes in increasing collaboration, decreasing timelines, and achieving cost certainty, we all still have a lot to learn. Progressive Design-Build delivery is made better by learning from those that have had successes, learned lessons, and made mistakes. Please come to hear how some of those lessons learned can assist your district in moving forward toward successful delivery of your district’s capital improvements.
Safely benefit from the Lessons Learned without having to endure the mistakes within your own district.
