Dec Breakfast Meeting: Budget Constrained Higher Education Renovations and Leveraging Progressive Design-Build

In this presentation, the Design-Build team and Owner on an active renovation project for WSU’s College of Medicine (scheduled to be completed in Fall 2023), will discuss their successes and challenges in delivering a large-scale project (113,000 SF) on a narrow budget ($9.6 Million GMP). The team will discuss several project-specific challenges they faced during the design and how they were overcome using the Progressive Design-Build to design and deliver a project without sacrificing quality.
